Peace Time

My daffodils are almost ready to bloom and I am looking forward to their appearance. They will appear in clusters, moving with the wind. The are always a little hard to photograph when they are still in the ground because they are never turned exactly the right way. If I was willing to lie down on the ground I could take a better picture. The problem is not getting down there; but getting back up with dignity. This painting is meant to suggest their movement.
